When you start to diet, why on earth you’re doing exactly what bodybuilders do? Why’d they do that? Coaches have some problems. Alright, first, you can’t change the diet menu all at once. It doesn’t make any sense and it’s hard for sure. You go to work with sweet potatoes and chicken breasts. And you do exercise with that diet menu. Over a month, I just wanna know who it works out for. When you’re on a diet, You do two things all at once, working out could be stressful. When you’re in such an extreme diet, I think the diet menu is gonna give you too much stress. So if you rush into doing these two things at once, Overeating brought on by stress would happen. Then you can’t lose weight anymore. It’s been repeated every year for 365 days. So you’re gonna have to start making a choice diet menu you can try. That’s the most important part at the beginning. There’s food that we shouldn’t eat when we start to diet. Like snacks, chips and biscuits, And chocolates raising your blood sugar level, You have to quit eating ice cream, jajangmyeon* and chicken.

From 1.2g to 1.5g And between 1.5g and 2g for men That’s the amount of protein your body wants. That’s just when you exercise properly. Like an athlete, only when you work out. It works for you when you eat that amount of protein with exercise. The most common question you’re asking is.. How much protein do I have to eat? How many meals should I eat? How many grams of carbohydrate should I eat? But you don’t listen to me what I’m saying. That’s why you have to avoid food reflecting poorly on diet. And eating what you always eat, Like I was saying, try to eat that amount of protein at every meal. You can start eating splitting the total amount. Why don’t you just do some of it?
