today I’ll be sharing alkaline Dr. Sebi
be meal plan ideas stick around hey I’m Timotha Lanae indie artists

the notifications bell so many of you know that dr. SEBI recommends an
alkaline diet to help eliminate inflammation acidosis and mucus in the
body earlier this week I posted a video that details Dr. Sebi’s complete
recommended food list so make sure you watch that video after this one I’ll
link it in the description box below sometimes when people initially find out
the foods on Dr.Sebi’s recommend a food list they feel stuck because the
list is somewhat limited which is why I wanted to create this video of meal plan
ideas to encourage and inspire you because there are actually a lot of
things that you can do with this food list so the foods we consume create
chemistry within our bodies and you can use food to either accelerate slow down
or stop the detoxification process so I’ll be sharing meal plan ideas for each
level of detox mild moderate and aggressive so let’s dig right in if
you’re really trying to detox or heal from something very severe you need to
be more aggressive with your food and your detox plan and the foods that you
choose to eat if you really are trying to say get rid of a cyst or shrink a
tumor or get rid of something like an autoimmune disease or things like that
then what you want to do is go strictly raw and go strictly fruit so the
strictest of the raw fruit diet would be a mono diet which would mean just eating
one type of fruit and that would be like a fast so a mono fast I recently did a
10-day mono grape fast and the results that I got from that were amazing I was
coughing up all kinds of different mucus and just really eliminating things and
feeling much more clear in the head I had swollen lymph nodes behind my ears
those shrunk and softened the mono fruit fast is really a way to really heal
quickly so obviously you could do the seeded
grapes that are on this list now if you don’t want to be quite as extreme then
you can just do all raw fruit it’s still pretty extreme just
doing fruit and going all raw but it’s not a mono fruit fast so you could have
any of the fruit that’s on this list you could do apples you could do berries
melons cantaloupe and grapes and bananas even though things like bananas and the
real sweet fruits like fig and dates those can slow your detox a little but
you still will be detoxing much more than if you were eating anything cooked
I have an alkaline smoothie recipe that uses all Dr. Sebi approved fruits that
will be really good if you wanted to do an all raw fruit detox diet so I will
link that in the description box below and I’ll be posting more recipe videos
like that one so make sure to subscribe so you don’t miss any so raw and then
fruit our is really a way to speed up a detox and really help to heal if you’re
trying to get rid of say viruses that are in the body and things like that and
also obviously pairing that with some of Dr. Sebi ‘s herbs and his detox packages
would be extremely powerful so the next level of food and meal plans that you
could do if you wanted to go up another level and moderately detox but still
detox pretty quickly is to do all raw but add in vegetables so you can have a
salad and any other vegetables that are listed here but have them raw along with
fruit so you could start the day with fruit and have fruit for breakfast and
for lunch and snack throughout the day and then at dinner you could have all
raw salad lots of greens lots of really healthy greens and and like an avocado
dressing I actually have an avocado dressing recipe that is doctor say be
approved that I will be sharing so make sure you subscribe to get that recipe
and just see how we make that it’s very very simple very quick and very
delicious so the next level up and a meal plan if you wanted to detox but not
quite as intense as going all raw would be to add in steamed vegetables but I
still recommend always starting the day with fruit any of the fruit that’s on
this doctor say be recommended and approved list so you would start the day
with fruit you could have you know more fruit at lunch or have a salad at lunch
and then for dinner you would have steamed vegetables not
vegetables and oil but steamed and stand still no salt this is for a mild detox
but you’d still would really be detoxing and any of the vegetables on the list
now moving out of these actual detox levels would be moving into adding oils
and adds so things like the nuts and the seeds and the greens you still be
healing your body to a certain extent but not as aggressively or as powerfully
as if you were to be raw or if you were to add in a moderate level of steamed
vegetables so now when you start adding the fats in it’s definitely going to
slow down the detoxification process but it’s still much better than the standard
American diet and it also will be very powerful if you’re pairing it with
Dr. Sebi’s herbs there’s a lot of really good recipes that I have for that
I got a spelt flatbread recipe from Ty’s conscious kitchen that I love to make
say be approve pizzas and things like that so I’ll be sharing that in the
future and I forgot to mention one of the raw recipes that I love that
includes some of the the seaweed that is on the doctor say be recommended list
I used nori which is a flattened flattened seaweed and it’s cut into
squares and you can add different vegetables on top of that I do with
avocado I add avocado and you can also add hummus because garbanzo beans are
part are on the list so you could do hummus you could do sprouted hummus if
you want it to be all raw and less acidic so there’s a lot of different
things you can do and add to that tomato so I’ll be sharing those recipes in the
future but it’s really a delicious and a nice way to still be detoxing it’s still
raw but it’s very savory if you want to do a cooked meal and you’re not worried
about the detoxification process but just more about eating not to create
high levels of mucus in the body then I recommend then bringing in some of the
grains and the fats I have a really delicious fried quinoa which is like a
fried rice recipe which is really good using onions and different and grapeseed
oil and just different things to season that that I’ll be sharing in the future
and then also my favorite one of my favorite combinations is to use
mushroom tomato and basil saute over either wild rice and quinoa so I’ll be
sharing more of these recipes in the future but these are just some meal plan
ideas to get your mind going there’s a lot of things that you can do but
depending on your level of detox like I said I do recommend doing fruit only if
you really have a serious ailment that you want to try to heal your body from I
recommend all fruit because fruit really hydrates the cells and pulls toxins out
and it’s also very nutritive to the cells in the body so it can help to
restore and regenerate and rebuild tissues of the body especially when
paired with great herbal formulas like what the late great dr. SEBI has created
