Hi, it’s Solmee. Today’s 03/10. It’s October now. I went down to 59.3kg in September Then I got back to 60kg again I only lost 1kg since September but my body looks a lot slimmer when I look at it. My dad even said I look starved. He said maybe I’ve lost too much weight on my face. I’ve lost a lot of belly fat too. I’ve lost a lot of weight in general. I’ve eaten a lot as well. I will keep try harder without getting disappointed. What do you guys think? Don’t you think I’ve lost a lot of weight? My body weight hasn’t changed much but I look much slimmer. I gotta have lunch now. I’m gonna have something very special today. I’m having Hwangeumhyang (some kind of orange), Shine muscat and smoked egg. This was sent to me from Matggun Food. They sent me the stuff that I chose myself. I can understand why everyone rave about shine muscat. It’s so good that it makes all the other grapes I’ve had till now look bad. It’s so fresh as well. How can an internet ordered product can be so fresh? It’s so big and juicy. It’s so good. I’m gonna have Hwangeumhyang too. I haven’t tried it yet I love orange and tangerine such as Cheonhyehyang. It’s somewhere between orange and tangerine. It’s exactly what I expected it to be. This egg tastes the same as what you get at a sauna. I’m gonna enjoy them while watching Netflix. I’m gonna have Dakdoritang with half bowl of rice for a simple dinner tonight. I was just filming a vlog video on a cheat meal day.
It’s great. I’ve lost so much weight. Look at this. I’m much slimmer now than before. I’ve done a great job. I’m so impressed. Before, I used to look huge when someone else films me. But now I look like size 55. I really wanted to go to a sauna today. But I have very bad stomachache because of my period. It’s so sad that I can’t do sauna. Hi everyone. Today’s Saturday, 5th of Oct. It’s 4pm now. I’ve eaten a lot this week and didn’t work out at all. So I have to do some exercise today. I haven’t eaten anything since this morning. I gotta eat something. I’m gonna have samgyeopsal which I haven’t had in awhile. This special BBQ ssamjang is the best ssamjang. I’m gonna eat while eating Vagabond (I mean, while watching Vagabond) I’m gonna eat it while watching Vagabond. Bon appetite. Shine muscat as a dessert. It’s 10pm right now. I had samgyeopsal at 4 pm and didn’t eat anything else. I only had fruits. I haven’t done any exercise this week. So I have to do something today Since I’m still on my period, I won’t do cycling. I’m gonna do something that I can do while standing up. Let’s do thing 3 min walking diet video from Thank You Bubu. The cool down time starts from 25 min. Let’s do something else I worked hard for 50 min. I think my legs are going to get cramped tomorrow. I worked out non stop for 50 min But compared to before, I don’t sweat at all. I used to sweat a lot just with little bit of movement. I think it’s more to do with the change of season rather than the level of work out. The weather’s gotten so much cooler that I don’t sweat any more. Anyway, I worked hard today. I’m gonna take a shower and get ready for bed. I washed my face. I’m gonna start my night skincare routine. This is second bottle of Dr. Different toner I use it to wipe my skin so I go through this really fast. If you have sensitive skin, don’t wipe your skin like I do. Just pat it in like other toner and it will gently exfoliate your skin. Since it’s designed for normal – dry skin, my skin stays hydrated even after I wipe off with it. It’s an essence-like toner that works as a skin care booster when used at the beginning of the skincare routine. Let’s put little bit more. This helps your skin to last in low acidic condition for a long time and strengthens the surface. I heard the weakened skin surface is the cause of pimples. So I really take care of my skin surface now. Though I try to take care of that, I get so many pimple spots because of my period. Why do I get pimples when I’m on my period? . It’s little bit tacky because of BHA in it. It’s not tacky but it’s little bit thick. But it sinks right in as soon as you put on the next product. I’m just gonna use two products for today’s skincare. Sulhwasoo First Care Activation Serum EX. Apparently, you gotta put expensive products at the beginning of the routine to get the maximum effect Will this help with my skin firmness? Honestly, it’s hard to expect that from a skincare product. It won’t stop my skin from aging. I went to a dermatologist to get ‘Shrink’ laser but I couldn’t get it as it was so crowded. I only got my underarm laser. I wish my facial skin goes up tight light think. It’s so stressful to see it sag like this. I’m gonna finish off with this Etude Moistfull Collagen Cream. They’ve renewed this product. I used to use everything from this line when I was 20. It’s been awhile since I used it. From the memory, I really enjoyed using it. And I think it’s still very good. I heard it became even more moisturizing after the renewal…or something like that. Apparently it’s good. Yes, this is how a beauty youtuber explains. I’ve been testing lots of skincare products. I like makeup products too but I’m little bit more interested in skincare. I’ve been losing lots of lashes lately. I guess it’s the shedding time. I used to use Gemsho lash serum before. But I finished it. Now I’m trying Etude House’s lash serum they sent me in PR My skincare routine finishes with the lash serum. When I still had Gemsho, I used to put that on the lashes and used Etude’s on the brows. Don’t my brows look darker than before? I’ve always had full brows but sometimes, I get shocked while editing a vlog video. My brows look like it’s been filled in even though I’m not wearing any makeup. I’m so jealous of the people who have long lashes. That’s it for the night skincare routine. I’m going to bed now. See you tomorrow. I just got up not long ago. It’ s almost 4 now. I got up at 3 but I couldn’t be bothered to get out of the bed. So I stayed on bed then I got hungry. I’m gonna get up and eat something. Like I thought, I got muscle forming on this leg. For lunch, I’m just gonna have two eggs, Hwangeumhyang and roasted chestnut. I have curry at home but I don’t feel like it.But I can’t be bothered to cook anything else. So I’m just gonna have a simple lunch with these and eat something proper later. I’m gonna watch this today. This is my HG show . It’s so, so good. It’s almost 7 pm now. I had a very small lunch earlier. I wasn’t sure what I wanted for dinner, then my sister said she wants Gopchang so we ordered it. But I don’t really feel like it today so I’m just gonna have little bit. And I’m gonna do some exercise before going to bed. I haven’t had Gopchang in awhile. I didn’t binge eat it. I controlled myself and only had a little. Instead of getting sweaty from cardio, I want to focus on muscle work today. I finished working out My boyfriend said if I don’t sweat after a workout, that means I didn’t try hard enough. And that was true. I worked out for much shorter time today than yesterday But I got really sweaty. And it really feels like I’ve done it properly. I only need 30 of slow burpees. And after the 30 burpees, I got so sweaty. I think I’m always going to include slow burpees in my routine from now on. I feel very proud that today’s workout was much better than yesterday.
