Veggie mince is a great way to reduce
the amount of meat in your diet. It’s made from soya or can be made from
other vegetables and grains too. Most are high in protein and low in fat. There’s
lots of different brands out there so do make sure you try a few and find your
favourite, which one works for you best. Most varieties are frozen or chilled and
readily available in your local supermarket. It’s incredibly easy to
switch to veggie mince all you need to do is swap it out, like-for-like in all
your family’s favourite recipes. So you can use it in your spaghetti bolognaise,
in your chili or your shepherd’s pie and it’s absolutely delicious.
