  1. Yep, love my 2 Tablespoons of ground golden flax seeds every morning in dark berry smoothie or oatmeal or nut butter on whole grain toast, even good sprinkled on dark green salad! Thanks!

  3. I currently choose flaxseed oil because I don't have any machine to ground the seeds.
    Isn't it enough chewing the ungrounded seeds extensively?
