Dietary guidelines to be made in combination with physical exercise The guidelines to follow are as follows: Do a balanced diet no miracle diets or fast diets Take five or six small meals a day in order for our metabolism to stay active Include fresh fruits, fresh vegetables whole grains raw nuts. Carbohydrates limit and consume them until mealtime does not subsequently consume lean meats and unsaturated fats Drink at least 2 liters of water a day, avoid alcohol and salt consuming more fiber Limit the consumption of sugar sugary drinks and everything that is industrial bakery Avoid consumption of saturated fats found in fast food, packaged and pre-cooked.
