The Game Changers | Official Trailer

The one and only, Arnold Schwarzenegger! I ate a lot of meat.
They show those commercials… Steak, that’s what a man eats. …selling that idea that
real men eat meat. Serious man food. But you gotta understand,
that’s marketing. That’s not based on reality. I’ve been teaching fighting techniques to
government agencies for more than 15 years. Then, I got injured. Unable to teach for at least six months,
I spent more than 1,000 hours studying science on
recovery and nutrition, and stumbled across a study
about the Roman gladiators. The gladiators were predominantly
vegetarian. How could the original professional fighters
be so powerful eating only plants? When I made the switch to a plant-based diet,
I qualified for my third Olympic team, I broke two American records. I was like, man, I should have
done this a long while ago. When I went plant-based,
I wasn’t sure if I was gonna survive. And I actually became like a machine. One of the biggest misconceptions in
sports nutrition is that we have to have animal protein to perform at a high level.
That’s just not true. Sometimes you have to do things that you
know your competitors aren’t doing. Today’s blood and yesterday’s blood. Damn. I think this is going to wake
a lot of people up. I was recovering better,
and not getting as sore. This was our best season
in the last 15 years and we had 14 guys
on plant-based diets. We all wanna feel great, have more energy. Cholesterol was 276, today 169. Whoa! Now you’re talking. Most guys my age
can’t keep up with their grandchildren, my grandchildren can’t keep up with me. It’s not one set of dietary guidelines for
improving your performance as an athlete, another one for reversing heart disease,
reversing diabetes— it’s the same for all of them. Someone asked me, “How could you get as
strong as an ox without eating any meat?” And my answer was,
“Have you ever seen an ox eating meat?”

  1. I have no problem with this movie, my only concern is that how long before we start seeing the Ray Kroc syndrome. One of the biggest challenges would be how long till we start seeing the hypocrisy?

The problem is that nobody wants to cook because they don't want to or they don't have the time. Also they don't want to feel the guilt that they ate processed foods. If you cook the right stuff you live a healthier lifestyle. Plants or meat.

  2. after watching this movie this is the first time i've decided to go vegan after being so against it. But it also made me realize how expensive and how much effort goes into cooking good tasting and filling plant based meals are. Long story short, if I become rich after collage I'm hiring a vegan chef, if not then i guess i'll die young

  3. I just watched it. They don’t talk about the benefits of eating meat once. I would like to see a real good study unbiased to compare eating meat with an healthy diet vs vegan. Some of theses guys were eating deep fried meals and they switched to healthy vegan diet. No wonder why they feel better. A friend of mine her dad just got 6 blocked arteries and he’s fully vegetarian. I knew it was also going to be a lecture on "you have to be vegan to save the planet". I mean soy is terrible for the environment, the amount of animals that have to be killed to protect the crops is super high let’s add the pesticides to that and the winter you have to get everything delivered from southern countries which isn’t environment friendly. For at least once I though that would be about a real unbiased documentary that would be about real good studies but nop… I’m quite disappointed actually.

  4. Who gives a shit? Arnold wants us to eat plant based now even though he got his muscles and success from eating meat? How hypocritical of him. Yeah, that fucking retarded Wolverine asshole uses fucking steroids you idiots. He compares himself to an Ox, well when he actually eats grass like a fucking Ox, then he can brag about it. Fuck him.

  5. Roman Gladiators were vegetarian because they were expendable and very likely to die. They were not soldiers or warriors fighting for their country. In almost every other warrior culture, they ate fucking meat. Nice try you fucking vegans.

  6. Watched the documentary, I loved it, will be back after a month of trying it, & give y'all my feed back, shout out all the way from Africa Tanzania peace💪🏾✌🏾 you guys are legends

  7. Well if you haven't seen an OX eat meat, have you ever seen a Lion eat spinach? Oh well, just leaving this comment here for a good and nice conversation.

  8. Both sides are right, because not the meat or the vegetables are the REAL ENEMY. It is SUGAR and refined CARBS, (except whole row fruits).
In the wintertime how people was finding vegetables or plants to eat???

  9. I think some of these people are leaving out a crucial part of their intake which is a shit ton of steroids. Go ahead and eat plants but study's show a balance of both is much better because meat has certain amino acids that we need to stimulate muscle growth and plants have fiber that we also need for digestion. I hate shitty documentary films like this that spread lies

  10. Funny this movie compare ufc fighter Nate Diaz with Conor Mcgregor. Nate is vegan but his record is 20-11. That’s a shit record. Why not compare with Khabib who has a record of 28-0. Oh yeah Khabib is not a vegan. Hugely bias documentary. Hope to see a well balance food documentary in future.

  11. Well let's see tigers eat only meat, lean and ripped / cows and plant eating animals are fat huh? seems it was that way with dinosaurs too so t-rex and me will stick to the steak! its even that way in the water too crocodile, sharks, marlin eat meat or look at plant eating manitee fat ass. He'll no people this is marketing bs use your brain

  12. If all the countries can get this message, and all the countrymen and rulers respect animals' right to life, then the world will begin to experience peace and harmony among its inhabitants and there won't be any wars and power struggles within the human species. May all beings be well and free of exploitation.

  13. Accept the one whose faith is weak, without quarreling over disputable matters. One person’s faith allows them to eat anything, but another, whose faith is weak, eats only vegetables. The one who eats everything must not treat with contempt the one who does not, and the one who does not eat everything must not judge the one who does, for God has accepted them.

    Romans 14:1‭-‬3 NIV

  14. Hello, if someone from the production or distribution company sees this comment, please make this movie available for purchase as physical medium. Even if it's a limited run. I would like to watch this on my big-screen TV, and not a 10" tablet, but the shit scam companies Amazon, Google, etc don't let me download a digital copy of the movie even after I've purchased it. WTF is the point of paying $15 for a movie only to not be able to watch it how I want to. If you're serious about spreading this message, please release a physical version.

  15. We have to cut animal products entirely because there is a victim involved. If it’s not necessary to harm animals then why be cruel? We are better off completely living the ethical lifestyle. It’s better for the animals. The environment and our health. We all benefit greatly.

  16. 10 years ago…before this “fashion thing on vegan” I stopped to eat animal protein. I got vegan mode. After 2 years on it I lost libido, strength and stamina. I do not believe on it. Pure marketing

  17. rarely to eat meat, always with plants and fish, bcs in my town the fishes are always fresh, and keep walking for 1000 steps everyday, always have the happy things , and thats why my body and my face at this 39 y.o still looks like 21 y.o 🙂

  18. Isaac the son of Abraham was a meat eater. He lived to be 180 years old. Meat in moderation and good quality. Raw dairy and quality.

  19. Most gladiators were slaves. They might have been fed a plant based diet just because it's cheaper. If it's true that most were plant based.

  20. What about all the people who have drastically improved their health with the carnivore diet? Curious because I have friends who are 100% plant-based and others who are 100% carnivore diet and both are the "healthiest they've ever been". I do a combo of meat + plants and feel great.

  21. It's been known for decades that the highest efficiency affordable protein source is Whey .. much better than animal meat. Whey is the basis for almost all protein powder / supplements and has been the mainstay for bodybuilders since the late 80's. The Game Changed decades ago .. its OLD NEWS.

  22. This is the biggest load of shit , it is proven beyond a shadow of a doubt that your body needs meat chicken protein from real meats and chicken. Vegetarians are so unhealthy, if anyone believes this shit take a bat and beat yourself to death because your an idiot.

  23. Finally got to watch this movie: EXCELLENT!
THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU for getting the truth out. Eating meat/dairy can no longer be a "personal choice"! We've been duped long enough! I work in health care and it enrages me to think that the majority of heart disease, autoimmune disease, and cancers should never of even happened. I know I'm not the only one who feels like an idiot for thinking that the diet information I was taught in college that I paid good money for was bullshit! I'm so grateful that at least I was able commit myself to a plant based life before I had any permanent damage…….I will add that after the first six weeks, I felt like a completely different human being and there is a new joy in eating I've never experienced before. It's like I was lost in a dark room most of my life and suddenly stepped through a door to a world of light. Thank you so much for spreading the truth!

  25. holy fuck look at all these clogged meat heads with their retarded comments. You know I'm actually glad, Darwinism will do its job.

  26. Balance in all things. CICO, healthy food, maintain your ratios and you're good to go. Arnold probably has shares in some vegan companies and they're selling this shit on you.

Balance is key, maintain it and you'd be in a good shape.

  27. The human body is an omnivore not a herbivore. We can eat both meat and veggies and be complete fine. Another advertisement to sell you on a diet. Arnold will sell his soul for the right price.

  28. this is exactly why I want to get strong and in the best shape of my life, so far i'm getting there. I use to weigh 300 pounds until I lost 220 pounds after 7 years and now i'm getting into shape just like those guys in this trailer.

  29. great to see all these positive comments!

I split up with my girlfriend recently and she's since decided to start eating fish and probably other things down the line.

she did this because she wanted to and was uninterested in how cruel the fishing industry is.

its weird cos she was vegan as long as I've known her but suddenly she just decided she was lacking things in her diet, despite just having a blood testing stating she was all healthy.

I guess you never really know someone!

  30. Does this mean that i can fry vegetables in vegetable oil and its healthy lol.Maybe the other documentary called" what the health" might be of interest as well,i wonder if the game changers is the sequel

  31. Im Courious, when is going to be the day, that people realize that there is no GOD, and all the religion is just, control…

  32. just don't eat refined carbohydrates does the same thing for your health and more balanced.. eat meat and veggies and get rid of the donuts and cake and bread your body will do great. no need to give up meat-based protein

  33. Both plants and animals can both supply many key nutrients to the diet – some of which are unique to either pant or animal sources. When it comes to protein density, animal proteins are supreme, but plants can offer much more than just protein to your diet.

There is no clear winner on this one

  34. Yet another marketing? They want us to eat plants now? OK, will do, I am dumb and I have to be told by movie stars and athletes and ads what to eat. Because athletes are known to live healthy life and live long and actors are known to be very scientist-like smart and ads are known to tell the truth…

  35. Have you ever seen an ox eating meat? No but I really don't want to eat 80% of my waking hours! That is what grazing is!
A lion will kill and ox being a quarter of its weight!

  36. This was total veggie propaganda but I find myself not unconvinced. I think awesome arnie sealed the deal for me.

  37. It’s the exact same commercialised campaign as they do for any other product in the world, that sells. Well, this already speaks for itself. It’s not holy nor whole. Some truth in some aspects but mostly misconceptions.

  38. This is true for me. Not that I'm an active guy, but when I eat meat continuously after the 3rd day, I become sick.

Eggs, fish, and some chicken is enough meat. Veggies 80%.

  39. If ye love me, keep my commandments.
    John 14:15 KJV
Remember the sabbath day, to keep it holy.  Six days shalt thou labour, and do all thy work:
    Exodus 20:8‭-‬9 KJV

Saturday is the day of the Lord

The claim that Christ by his death abolished his Father’s law, is without foundation. Had it been possible for the law to be changed or set aside, then Christ need not have died to save man from the penalty of sin. The death of Christ, so far from abolishing the law, proves that it is immutable. The Son of God came to “magnify the law, and make it honorable.” [Isaiah 42:21.] He said, “Think not that I am come to destroy the law;” “till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in nowise pass from the law.” [Matthew 5:17, 18.] And concerning himself he declares, “I delight to do thy will, O my God; yea, thy law is within my heart.” [Psalm 40:8.] GC88 466.3

    Ecclesiastes 12:13 KJV
Let us hear the conclusion of the whole matter: Fear God, and keep his commandments: for this is the whole duty of man.

  40. brilliant!!! Very inspirational. It has a great angle coming from the athletic point of view, the environment and ethical side gets delivered well of the back of that. will no doubt start a lot of conversation and change in many people. Went to bed feeling very proud of the changes we made as a family. I remember not sleeping right for weeks with fear I might be making the wrong decision, that could negatively effect our kids health and happiness at school etc. 4 years on its proved to be without doubt the right move. 👍👍👍🤟
