  1. Great explanation, Felicia. Been Italian I would have truffle every day, but it is the kind of ingredient that either you love it or hate it. Truffle, egg and Parmesan cheese is my favourite combination, I use it in gnocchi, risotto, frittata or just simply over scrambled eggs.
    And if you get white truffle for you anniversary, CALL ME. I will be there in a flash !
