  1. Really like your videos. I'm a Nutrition and Dietetics student from Peru. I'd like you to make a video about diet in "cirrhosis and chronic kidney disease". Thank you 🙂

  2. Im a nutritionist from mexico and I really like your videos. It would be realy cool if you made a video about ketogenic diets! Great videos keep it up man!

  3. The reason I was advised to quit dairy had nothing to do with the fat content of milk but rather because of IGF.1 and hormones in it. I've had PCOS since 19 (that I know of) and I'm 33 now; after quitting dairy in March last year I had an ultrasound done 7 months later and it showed no cysts at all. Now that doesn't mean that my PCOS is gone but at least the cysts are. Other than that my diet was gluten-free since March 2015 and previous to that included nothing but whole plant foods, no refined sugar, moderate meat intake.

  4. Yeah, I too am guilty of jumping from weight
loss plan to others as well, I do believe that I need to have tried
every fat loss method that was available, however in the end not one of
them made it easier for me to reduce and maintain the weight off. I
ended up trying for the very last time with the Fenoboci Diet Plan
mainly because my mate who told me extraordinary things about it and so
far to date I've successfully dropped 17 lbs within 3 weeks!

  5. The ketogenic diet is extremely easy to follow, and the only thing that brought my cycle back. Its a way for you to be low carb and not starve all of the time while tapping into the body's fat and using it as energy and fuel. That was false and everyone is different when it comes to dairy, its good for some and bad for some. Highly misleading!

  6. Thanks for that info my wife had it since she been a kid. She 28 yr old know and she cut lot of carbs out and mustly quit dairy or went to whole dairy . She been slowly starting loss weight with taking the pill also for harmons

  7. Heeeeelp😣😂😂😂 I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes about 3 months ago I was put on Metformin which yes has caused me to drop weight . I went to the obgyn because I have been having premenstrual symptoms and no period and I'm not pregnant what really concerns me is I have lower pelvic pain could that be pcos ? They are going to do a ultra sound on me I'm in pain y'all.

  8. I have PCOS, I did low carb every other day, moderate carbs on opposite days with ADF. Lost 130 lbs, beginning at age 50. Changed my life. Nothing else worked like this pattern. Here's my story: https://youtu.be/7zNI2HEwJnE

  9. Keto is not hard to stick too lol. If anyone has a challenge sticking to it they are incorrectly doing it.

  10. my sister was diagnosed with PCOS at the age of 16, and when she was 35 it causes her an ENDOMETRIAL CANCER, so her uterus was removed and all this just because the imbalance of her hormones (ESTROGEN-TESTOSTERONE VS. PROGESTERONE) thickened the endometrial tissue and developed a malignant tumor. IF YOU HAVE PCOS GO WITH YOUR ENDOCRINOLOGIST RIGHT AWAY! (DONT THINK ABOUT IT TWICE). Sorry for my english, i am from Spain…
