  3. Thanks for the examples of simplicity in the store! I love how versatile all of the products are. My favorite with this way of life is steak and butter. I think it's better than candy and I am a former sugar queen!

  4. Ghee is my favorite. You don't have to refrigerate it because it does not have milk in it. I have all the other products and love all of them.

  6. I noticed you didn't have plain greek yogurt or berries or cottage cheese on your list. These are allowable right? Do you think these items should be limited to loose weight?

  7. It hit me a week ago in the grocery store with my wife. I said to her, if youโ€™re staying on the perimeter of the store, youโ€™re going to pick code red approved products…fresh produce, meats, fish, eggs, etc. the aisles are the ones to stay away from. Just my thought, I do know there are good things in some aisles!

  8. I love the Ghee also, but Ranch is great too!! Need to get guacamola and use more not too into avacado. And I LOVE Bacon and Eggs in the morning.

  9. I have both olive oil and coconut oil in my kitchen – olive for Italian style cooking and coconut for Asian style. Use what works for the job ๐Ÿ˜€

  10. Iโ€™ve often used brussel sprouts at breakfast. If you havenโ€™t tried pan searing them with butter, give it a shot. Cut them in half, and lay them in the pan. Cook til they carmelize on the flat side. They taste great this way. Great video!

  12. I started this life plan on May 11, 2019 and my first act (after weighing, of course) was to sort the junk out of my kitchen and pantry and then I headed to the store. Thanks, Cristy, for this guidance for a trip to the store.

  13. Thanks Cristy, One cautionary word for folks… read ingredient labels on those Ranch Dressings… many contain corn syrup or other sugary thickeners. Personally, I make my own vinaigrette using olive oil (or avocado oil), vinegar (different kinds), and Dijon mustard. I also use water in my dressing to cut down on the oil and coat all of the lettuces and vegetables.
